The Navajo Department of Workforce Development (NDWD) is the largest Native American grantee of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding and services in the United States, serving communities throughout the Navajo Nation. NDWD provides workforce development, training, and employment services designed to help individuals build skills, pursue career opportunities, and achieve greater economic independence. Services may include work experience, vocational and classroom training, GED assistance, supportive services, relocation assistance, and resources for eligible individuals based on need and available funding.
